It also provides information about the collective and the services provided. The following TERMS OF USE and PRIVACY POLICY are subject to change at any time and at the sole discretion of the Site owner and operator. These terms of use apply to your use of all of the Sites and services owned or operated by Rena McDaniel including practicalaudacity.com, 
Rena McDaniel and Practical Audacity’s Facebook pages, Twitter feed, Instagram account, and any other sites, feeds or social media pages that we have owned or operated, do own and operate or may own or operate in the future (collectively, the “Sites”). Unless we say otherwise, all references to the Sites in these terms of use include all such Sites. These terms of use do not apply to your use of unaffiliated Sites to which any of the Sites may link to or direct you to.

This website is created for for sharing information and advertising services. No information on practicalaudacity.com is intended as medical or therapeutic advice or constitute a therapeutic relationship. Nothing on this site is intended to replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified health care, legal professional, and does not constitute mental health diagnosis or treatment.

Visiting the website does not establish a professional client relationship with Rena McDaniel, LCPC, Practical Audacity, LLC, or any affiliates of Practical Audacity. A client relationship is established only after a member of Practical Audacity Collective has confirmed their ability to enter into treatment with a client. If a conflict of interest is discovered, any member of the Practical Audacity Collective may decline to provide services. Services to be performed by a member of the Practical Audacity Collective will be directly agreed upon before any services are performed, and does not include any services that are outside the scope of the written agreement.

We cannot guarantee exact results; previous results will not necessarily be recreated.

All members of Practical Audacity Collective are licensed or certified as appropriate for their field and retain qualifications to practice in Illinois.

On our Sites we will often discuss mature topics of a sexual and emotional nature. We will use language relating to personal and professional growth and accompanying images and videos. Users who are uncomfortable with such topics or language should not use our Sites.

Once a client has left practicalaudacity.com, Practical Audacity assumes no responsibility for the content, security or reliability of any other website. If any portion of this agreement changes, it does not void any other sections.

Practical Audacity will only collect personal information you provide voluntarily, including: Your email address (provided to subscribe to the mailing list) and your full name and any message input into a contact form

Practical Audacity may record which page of practicalaudacity.com you contact us through, to make sure the information sent to you is applicable; for example, to know whether to contact you about consulting or therapy. This may include your searches and timestamp information. The platform that hosts practicalaudacity.com keeps track of pages visitors use to measure interest in different areas of the website.
